Oakwood Worldwide knows that listening and adapting to our customers' needs are priorities that will help us become a sustained leader in the temporary housing market. Despite a history of providing “Gold Standard” products and services, we’re not resting on past successes to secure our future as a thriving organization. This is the account of our transformation. We provide step-by-step information about our pain points, processes, and immediate progress. Revealing a combination of training, coaching, and performance management, we demonstrate our process for rapidly attaining positive, replicable results. Explore the transformative story of how this 50-year old organization further grew into an industry leader for the future, under the sales and marketing leadership of Chris Ahearn and Ken Revenaugh.
Ken Revenaugh
Oakwood’s VP Sales Operations
Ken was hired to build out and lead a successful sales and marketing transformation to guarantee Oakwood’s continued role as an industry leader. Known for conceiving and implementing results-oriented processes, he previously instituted plans that reversed four years of steadily declining revenues at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur and successfully used similar strategies to drive record profits for Kinko’s as FedEx acquired it. Ken is the founder of Fast Track Tools, a leading presentation training organization.
